Project Overview

The project included oversight of the design and construction of a 63 unit senior living apartment building financed through the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) tax credit program. This would be the first of four buildings to be built on the tranquil farm site. The project was complicated by the need for strategic site development, entitlements and stormwater management planning.
