Willistown Estate
Challenge
When Bob and Carolyn purchased 60 beautiful acres in Willistown Township to build the home of their dreams on they didn’t realize how the recent promulgation of the stormwater regulations would impact their project. With an architect out of NY, they needed local expertise to guide them through the entitlement process in order to put the first shovel in the ground.
Solution
Through an RFP process the Project Team was formed and a schedule created that would lay out the path to obtain the necessary approvals. To complicate the process even further, the property had been conserved and was bound by the Easement with Willistown Conservation Trust and was located in an exceptional value watershed.
